English & 3C’s Qualifier on Sunday 29th March!

22 tumble gymnasts competed, many in just their second competition, and some in their first representing SALTO with clear progression across all groups.

Since their first competition, the improvement in routine quality, control, and confidence has been clear, with some gymnasts already progressing through levels.

Within the tumbling programme, we don’t measure success purely on medals, but on consistent improvement in training and performance. Competitions are an opportunity to showcase that progress and continue building as a squad.

A solid step forward for the programme, with plenty more to come!
