A fantastic weekend for our tumbling squad at our latest competition!

The tumbling department works closely together when it comes to competitions. We spend a lot of time making sure every gymnast knows what to expect on the day and has the confidence to perform under pressure. Every gymnast should be incredibly proud of how they performed this weekend.

A lot of our gymnasts finished in 4th place, which really shows how close they are to stepping onto the podium. Those small margins highlight the progress everyone is making, and we’re excited to keep building on it.

Within the tumbling programme, we don’t measure success purely on medals, but on consistent improvement in training and performance. Competitions are an opportunity to showcase that progress, and this weekend every gymnast did exactly that.

Over the next few weeks we’ll be focusing on skill upgrades, refining routines and cleaning up the finer details as we prepare for our next competition at SALTO in September.
