Make Your Support Go Further at No Extra Cost

If you are a UK taxpayer, Gift Aid is one of the easiest ways you can support SALTO Gymnastics Charitable Foundation.

Gift Aid allows SALTO to claim an extra 25p from HMRC for every £1 donated, meaning your donation is worth more at no additional cost to you.

For example:

  • A £10 donation becomes £12.50
  • A £20 donation becomes £25.00
  • A £50 donation becomes £62.50
  • A £100 donation becomes £125.00

All you need to do is complete a Gift Aid Declaration confirming that you are a UK taxpayer.

How Does Gift Aid Help SALTO?

As a registered charity, every penny of Gift Aid claimed is reinvested back into our members, programmes and facilities.

Gift Aid helps us to:

  • Keep gymnastics accessible and affordable for local families.
  • Invest in equipment and facility improvements.
  • Support coach training and workforce development.
  • Enhance safeguarding and security within the gym.
  • Develop new programmes and opportunities for children and young people.
  • Support families and gymnasts who may require additional assistance to participate.

By simply ticking a box on your membership or donation form, you can help us generate vital additional income that allows us to do even more for our community.

Does Gift Aid Cost Me Anything?

No.

Gift Aid does not affect your personal finances, increase your tax bill or cost you anything extra. If you are a UK taxpayer and have paid enough Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax during the tax year, SALTO can claim the additional funds directly from the government.

The amount you donate stays exactly the same, but your support goes further.

Why Is Gift Aid Important?

Gift Aid provides an additional source of funding that helps charities like SALTO continue delivering vital community services.

Every year, the funds we receive through Gift Aid contribute towards maintaining our facilities, supporting our charitable programmes and creating opportunities for children, young people and adults to participate in gymnastics and physical activity.

A simple Gift Aid declaration can make a significant difference to the work we do.

How Can I Sign Up?

How does it work at SALTO

Clients 2026-27 payments for Salto Gymnastics can be broken down into our members training fees, (10 Months) and the administration fees (2 months plus Annual Membership), which make up your total payments. With administration fees comprising about 20% of the total. The Charity will charge administration costs from your first 2 payments in the year, generally the January and February payments, plus your £28 membership payment made in April. You will then be classified as a full member for the year. Your monthly fees paid from March to December will be for the cost of training and facilities.

We invite all members to agree to gift aid to further support our gym. In 2026-27, £93 of your administration fee will be eligible for gift aid. Returning per member £23.25 to the Charity.Gift aid will not cost you any more money, but by agreeing to gift aid we are able to generate additional funds to help support and build the gym. So, if you have not already agreed to gift aid, please do so by editing your profile on your COACHA account.

Please kindly note, Gift aid payments do not affect you in any way, in regard to notice period, on your leaving of the club.

Thank You

By choosing Gift Aid, you're helping SALTO create more opportunities, support more families and continue making a positive impact within our community, all at no extra cost to you.
