Come and Celebrate your child's birthday at SALTO!

Are you looking to book a fun birthday party for your child to celebrate their special day? Come and Join us here at SALTO Gymnastics Club where they can run, bounce and play with all of our fantastic equipment! 

To book your slot please complete the booking at the bottom of the page and your deposit of £100 (+ Booking Fee) will secure the date! 

Please fill out all of the information requested so that we have as much information as possible about your party! 

Price and Attendees: Parties are £225 for 20 Children (including the birthday child). Each additional child is at a cost of £8.50 per child and must be pre booked, we do not add numbers on the day. We only accept a maximum of 32 Children per party. Our staff will be around to supervise and assist the children where needed.

Equipment will be put out based on the age of the birthday child.

We provide a jug of water on the front desk for the hour of play downstairs

Duration: Our SALTO parties are 1 hour and 45 minutes long! This includes 1 hour in the gym with use of the equipment. Children will then have 45 minutes upstairs for party food. 

Food and Drink: We do not provide food in any circumstances. We have a separate area for the food to be stored/prepared aside from the tables for the children. We do not have any cooking facilities If you are having food delivered please ensure that this is delivered on time, we will usually have multiple bookings and we will be unable to offer you extra time if the food is delayed.

Due to our party timetable we cannot guarantee access to the 'Upstairs Party Area' before or after the party,

SALTO Gymnastics Club – Party Terms & Conditions

Register List 
 

A register must be completed for all children participating in the party. This will be the child's Name, Age, DOB, Postcode, Emergency Contact, Any medical information we should be aware of. 

Jewellery
All jewellery must be removed before entering the gymnastics floor. Staff will ask all participating children to remove any jewellery. This rule applies to everyone taking part. Children may be refused entry if jewellery is not removed.

Socks
Please ensure all children bring socks. Socks are required for use of the Slide (if included in your package) and/or the Trampoline.

Food and Drink

  • SALTO does not provide food under any circumstances.
  • A separate area is available for storing and preparing food, separate from the children's eating tables.
  • No cooking facilities are available on site.
  • If food is being delivered, please ensure it arrives at least 30 minutes before the children go upstairs.
  • We often have multiple bookings; extra time cannot be provided if food is delayed.

Food Area Access
You will have access to the food area 15 minutes before the children move to the party area.

Table Setup
Tables and seating will be arranged only for the number of children booked.

Party Timings
Due to multiple bookings, all party end times are strict. You must vacate the area by your scheduled end time. If your party overruns, additional charges may apply.

Deposit & Payment

  • A £100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your party.
  • The remaining balance must be paid 28 days before the party date.
  • Final numbers must be confirmed 7 days before the party.
  • We do not accept payment on the day for additional participants.

Restrictions

  • No external contractors are allowed (e.g. bouncy castles, face painters, piñatas).
  • No alcohol is allowed on the premises.
  • Adults are not permitted to use the gymnastics equipment. 

Attendees

  • The standard party package includes up to 20 children - Including the Birthday Child
  • Maximum capacity is 32 children.
  • All additional children must be booked and paid for 7 days in advance.
  • We do not allow last-minute additions on the day.

 

Cancellation Policy: 
The deposit paid for Birthday Parties is a non-refundable deposit. Please read the cancellation policy below. 

Parties can be cancelled up until 28 days before the date of the party with no further charges

  • 21-28 days - 25% of the party balance will be charged
  • 14-20 days - 50% of the party balance will be charged
  • 7-13 days - 75% of the party balance will be charged
  • >7 days - 100% of the party balance will be charged
