: Children will be placed into the correct age group for them, they will naturally progress into our classes suitable for their age. Our coaches are adaptable and are able to cater for varied levels within their sessions however as they move through the recreational pathway the classes do become more challenging.

We occasionally will identify young gymnasts that may require a different pathway within the club, and they may be asked to trial in one of our squads. Squads will also often put out trials when they are looking for gymnasts, so all gymnasts are allowed to attend trials for classes.

Squads are by invite only, trials do not guarantee your child a place but it does give them the opportunity to showcase their talent.

: Our recreational gymnasts will compete annually in our Club Championships competition. All gymnasts who attend our recreational and trampoline classes will be invited to attend. Even if your child is not competing they will still practise the routines as this is a skill that is heavily involved within gymnastics.

Our Gymnasts are also invited to participate in our Christmas Show, this is a fun event where the children practise a routine and they are able to showcase this at our annual event! Although it is not a competition the children have a lot of fun doing this (our coaches do too!)

Pre School

Our Pre-school sessions run from age 3-5 years old. We follow fun plans with themes such as transport. Witches and Wizards, People who help us and many more. Our sessions include a range of equipment using circuits and may also include coordination activities and fine motor activities. Our Pre-schoolers work towards an in-house awards program where they can achieve a certificate and a badge! Children can only participate in 1 Pre-School class per week.

Recreational

Our recreational sessions run for ages 5-16 years old, Our sessions run on different themes and focuses for the week! During our classes we work across many different pieces of equipment such as bars, beam, floor, vault, rings, P bars, track and trampette! Our Recreational gymnasts work towards the British Gymnastics Rise Awards Scheme. Where they can achieve a Medal and a Certificate. Children can only participate in 1 recreational class per week.

Trampolining

Our recreational trampolining classes start from age 5! This is a class that can be done as an individual class, or they can attend trampolining along with their gymnastics sessions. Gymnasts will work on sessions plans from our trampoline coach and will also work towards their trampolining badges!

Freestyle

Combing a mixture of somersaults, vaulting, tricking in a safe and fun enviroment. We will venture onto the bars/rings and other pieces of equipment, this class is under the supervision of our Head Coach and an experienced Freestyler!
